Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James; to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called: Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied. Jude 1:1-2.

Unto the Church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place, call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours. I Cor. 1:2.

Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ; Grace unto you and peace be multiplied. I Pet.1:2.

In these verses you can see the unquestionable unity in the Godhead. The Father, Son

and the Holy Spirit. You can not separate the Godhead; for they are the three in one. To do so would depreciate the very work of God and the sacrifice of His Son. Not one act of the Godhead is done apart from the rest. The Godhead is united in all that has been done, all that is currently being done and all that will be done; as well as their very essence.

In their love toward the chosen of God, and in all that the Godhead does; comes from the very throne of God. They are still undivided; especially in the matter of sanctification. You can not have sanctification through the spirit apart from God and His Christ.

God said: Let us make man in our own image after our likeness… Gen.1:26. And thus we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Eph.2:10.

God’s desire for His creation; was to have such a fellowship with Him; that He could walk with them and commune with them. This is made evident in the scenes from the Garden of Eden. But when sin had entered in; God was cut off as it were from His creation. The HOLY – HOLY - HOLY GOD: Forced to withdraw Him self from their presence; because of sin. He could not look upon it, for if He did, He would have consumed them.

For the divine beings, that make up the Godhead, to independently accomplish sanctification for man, is impossible. Sanctification of man could not and would not be done by God apart from Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit. It took the involvement of the entire Godhead to sanctify man.

God desired once again, to have fellowship with his creation! And it was by God that sanctification was implemented. Sin had to be dealt with; and the work would be accomplished in Christ Jesus; through the Holy Spirit.

Our sanctification by God-In Christ Jesus- through the Holy Spirit hinged on one thing and one thing only! The accomplishment of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; in His death, burial and resurrection. Christ paid the price for sin. Christ blood has bridged the great gulf that separated us from God.

We are set apart for God, by God, by Grace, in Christ, through the spirit, by faith. Sanctification: Is of Great Value, because it was gotten at a Greater Cost.

The value, in which God has set upon holiness (real holiness) is represented in the Godhead; co-working to bring to fruition a glorious church. … As Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word; that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Eph.5:25-27.

We have been sanctioned by God- to be made holy: Sanctified by God - Sanctified in Christ Jesus-Sanctified through the Holy Spirit. Therefore be ye holy for I am holy.

I Pet.1:16.  Amen
